7 STEPS TO INSTALL YOUR CUBICLES

Installing a cubicle in your bathroom for shower or toilet can be a very great idea for revamping the look of your bathroom and giving it more modern and elegant look. You can make use of all partitions to install your own toilet or shower cubicle, made out of glass or wood or detachable. Installing a cubicle though requires you to follow a procedure without which you may end up doing it the wrong way. Installing a cubicle is not a difficult task and one can easily do it him/her self all you need to do is prepare yourself well and take care of the small details.

Wall Partitions
Now, first ensure that you have all the materials you require in one place near you and easily accessible to you such as your wall partitions, tool kit etc. Now just follow the easy instruction below, keep the lines of the cubicle vertical on the wall and floor of the bathroom and your cubicle will be installed easily. In the first step you have to measure and mark off a vertical line on the back wall where you will fix three back wall brackets. Step two; fix the three wall brackets on the marked positions for each wall partition. In the next step you have to position the wall partitions in the brackets and make sure they are level by using the adjustable legs fixed to the wall partitions. Now mark of the position of the channel brackets on the walls of the partition and drill them using a 10mm drill.

Fix the brackets to the wall panels using the T-nuts provided to you. In step 4 checks on the attached adjustable leg on the wall partitions and adjust them to correct height ensuring the correct alignment of the partitions.  In this step if you’re fixing your panel to a wall then measure and mark off a vertical line on the side wall. Fix the three wall brackets on the wall and mark off the screw areas on the fascia, fix the channel brackets on the fascia to the hinge wall with T-nuts. In the penultimate step, you will place the head rail on the tops of the fascia or wall partitions and permanently attach it to it. And in the final step you will attach the door, now attach the hinges to the door, and the indicator bolt to the door. Mark off the area on the fascia and drill the hinge holes and then attach the door make sure it’s hung horizontally. Now unlock the indicator, set back the plastic sleeves inside the hinge and the door is ready to be closed or opened.
