BUILDING SOLUTIONS FOR YOUR BUILDING

Buildings are an essential part of our lives, they are the place we spent most of our times in be it while we are working, eating, sleeping or enjoying a movie, everywhere around us we have buildings with the purpose of making our lives easier and comfortable. Buildings are the investment of a lifetime for the people who build them, it is a one-time investment which entails a lot of risk and naturally there is a desire that buildings last at least a lifetime. In order to achieve such an objective building solutions are required form the very stage that it is designed till its entire lifetime.

Building Solutions
There are many ways through which building solutions are provided in the market, Building Products for all three types of buildings, these are, industrial, commercial and residential are available in the market. Building solutions enhance the functioning and maintenance of the building making it last for decades to come and bringing in any sort of modifications for it better and efficient functioning. Building solutions are available for every segment of the building, be it roof, doors, flooring, ceiling or walls. There are various solutions available for each of the segments which make your building truly better.

In recent times people have become very aware and concerned about the environment and are trying to switch to materials which are friendly towards the environment and the building industry in no exception to this. In this light there has been a demand for ‘green’ building solutions. Some of these solutions include Solar panels in the roof, water harvesting systems, use of glass wall partitions to substitute artificial lighting. Use of metal roofs and lead-free wall paints are also good green solutions for the building to become environmentally friendly. Apart from green building solutions there are other solutions available for various aspects of a building in the market.

PRE ENGINEERED INDUSTRIAL BUILDING THAT ASSURES STABILITY

One of the most important types of structures built around the world is industrial buildings. Industrial buildings are considered the backbone of any economy and a driver of growth and prosperity. Industrial buildings support the industries in a country and are essentially of two types: warehousing and manufacturing. Manufacturing buildings are used for the production of goods these buildings are usually large in size and require expansion from time to time to accommodate extra workers, machines or offices. A warehouse is used for storing large units of goods and thus requires quite a large area of building.

Industrial buildings usually require changes and expansions and in such a situation pre-engineered buildings are the best option for any entrepreneur. Pre- engineered buildings are new form of buildings style which makes use of pre-fabricated or manufactured segments of buildings which are then put together as a whole to form the complete structure. Pre-engineered buildings are a revolution of sorts in the building and construction industry. It is the most cost effective, time saving, durable, light and easy to build construction method available in the world. PEB in India has gained widespread acceptance from government as well as entrepreneurs as their preferred choice for industrial buildings.

PEB in India
PEB in India is one of the most durable, solid, sturdy and long lasting structures available in the market. The design of the buildings is created by the architecture who then divides the entire structure into different parts which are manufactured in a factory and later assembled at the site; this is a method through which a pre engineered building is brought to shape. It makes use of steel in its structures, which lends it flexibility and stability. The designs of these structures are such that they assure the builders of stability which is essential for large structures such as a factory or warehouse.

PEB in India is an assurance of quality and standard as the parts are manufactured in factories adhering to the standard quality guidelines of the government. PEB in India is a very beneficial mode of constructing industrial buildings as they save a lot of time in construction and money as well bringing the optimal solution to the entrepreneur. Another major benefit of pre-engineered building is that it allows owners to make extensions or modifications to the structure when they want to, providing great flexibility. They are fast gaining acceptance as the popular option for building industrial structures such as warehouses, hangars, and factories in India.

GO GREEN WITH PRE ENGINEERED BUILDINGS TO COUNTER GLOBAL WARMING

The past decade or two has seen a revolution of sorts in public demand for environmentally friendly products which are not burden to the environment and are sustainable. With Global Warming at a high there is increasing need across the globe for a switch to ecologically sustainable products in all spheres of life and the building & construction industry is no exception to that. There are and have been efforts to innovate new products which are “green” and less harmful to the environment and the product in the forefront of this change is pre-engineered buildings.

PEB in India
Pre engineered buildings are a system of building in which various components of the building are designed by an architect which is then pre-manufactured and fabricated in a factory and later combined together and engineered to form the complete structure as a whole. PEB in India are one of the finest methods of constructing a structure in an environmentally efficient, cost effective and time efficient way. The use of PEB in India has many advantages that are making it very popular among builders as it can be used to build any type of structure such as factories, warehouses, homes, offices, supermarkets, halls, showrooms, industrial parks etc.

PEB in India is providing green building solutions because of the properties of the materials used in its construction. PEB makes use steel which saves on cutting trees, steel is very light, recyclable and efficient leading to savings in terms of cost of production. Pre-engineered buildings use sustainable designs and are constructed in far lesser time than conventional buildings. The usage of steel roofs ensure cooler interior reducing the need for air-conditioning, also it does not accumulate waste in the form of bricks etc. after demolition. They provide a healthy indoor environment, are cost efficient, save time and have a very low carbon foot-print.

CEILING PANELS

Corporate offices and buildings today are required to look as attractive, good looking and finished as homes. Their look shave become an important measure of their efficiency, motto growth and position and therefore it is no surprise that offices are going for major overhauls in their interior to be more modern and in-trend. There are many ways an office can alter and revamp the look and feel of its interior and of those ways is through working on the look of their ceiling. Ceiling is probably one of the most ignored regions in a room or hall yet it holds the largest space to work some magic on.

Ceiling tiles
There are many ways through which one can upgrade their ceiling and one of them is ceiling tiles or ceiling panels. They are probably among the most popular options used today by designer because of their modern look, attractive style and elegance. Ceiling panels are mostly used in commercial space and have no use for them in domestic spaces. They are used in conference halls, offices, cabins and auditoriums; they provide excellent looks, solidity and are durable. The ceiling tiles are fixed onto a metal grid which is placed just below the original roof; such a design gives the benefit of hiding any sort of unwanted wiring, plumbing and looks on the original ceiling.

The House Interior Ceiling Design is available in variety of sizes, shapes and colors in the market suiting your taste and preference. The ceiling panels are also available in different types of materials such as metal, asbestos, wood, and plastic each coming with their own unique look, benefits and designs. They can be easily replaced or upgraded in case you decide on putting a different style of ceiling tile. Another major property of ceiling panels is sound absorption which helps in cutting external sound and enhances internal sound quality making it perfect for conference halls and auditoriums. Ceiling panels are a very nice way of upgrading the look of your ceiling and through it of your office.

PORTABLE STEEL BUILDINGS

Steel is one of the most preferred and strongest metals available on Earth, its strength, flexibility, long lasting nature has made it one of the primary materials used in the construction and building industry for all types of structures. Such is the belief of construction and civil engineers in its strength that whole buildings are made just out of steel and portable steel buildings are a fine example of such an endeavor. Portable steel buildings are basically factory assembled structures where all the parts of the structures from the roof to the piping is made out of high-quality galvanized steel, and transported in its complete form to its actual site.

Steel building
The portable building is constructed based on the customizations and specifications of the purchaser, from the colors to the type of glass and the electrical fittings all are decided by the purchaser which is done made in the controlled environment of a factory and then shipped to the actual site of construction. Now assembling the various parts can be done through the time tested method of welding on the site which produces the most durable and long lasting structure. This method is labor intensive compared to mechanical fasteners and more expensive than less durable materials such as wood or aluminum but it has a longer life cycle and the ability to stand the test of time, weather and relocation.

The portable steel buildings are usually used for structures which are smaller in size and that’s the reason they are often referred to as “booths” or “guardhouses”. They were initially and usually used as guardhouses, tolling booths, parking lot booths, security guard offices, office in a plant or factory, campus visitor information booth, receptionist booth, Box Offices and many other such uses. Portable steel buildings are a very affordable, strong, easily movable and long lasting solution for such purposes.

7 STEPS TO INSTALL YOUR CUBICLES

Installing a cubicle in your bathroom for shower or toilet can be a very great idea for revamping the look of your bathroom and giving it more modern and elegant look. You can make use of all partitions to install your own toilet or shower cubicle, made out of glass or wood or detachable. Installing a cubicle though requires you to follow a procedure without which you may end up doing it the wrong way. Installing a cubicle is not a difficult task and one can easily do it him/her self all you need to do is prepare yourself well and take care of the small details.

Wall Partitions
Now, first ensure that you have all the materials you require in one place near you and easily accessible to you such as your wall partitions, tool kit etc. Now just follow the easy instruction below, keep the lines of the cubicle vertical on the wall and floor of the bathroom and your cubicle will be installed easily. In the first step you have to measure and mark off a vertical line on the back wall where you will fix three back wall brackets. Step two; fix the three wall brackets on the marked positions for each wall partition. In the next step you have to position the wall partitions in the brackets and make sure they are level by using the adjustable legs fixed to the wall partitions. Now mark of the position of the channel brackets on the walls of the partition and drill them using a 10mm drill.

Fix the brackets to the wall panels using the T-nuts provided to you. In step 4 checks on the attached adjustable leg on the wall partitions and adjust them to correct height ensuring the correct alignment of the partitions.  In this step if you’re fixing your panel to a wall then measure and mark off a vertical line on the side wall. Fix the three wall brackets on the wall and mark off the screw areas on the fascia, fix the channel brackets on the fascia to the hinge wall with T-nuts. In the penultimate step, you will place the head rail on the tops of the fascia or wall partitions and permanently attach it to it. And in the final step you will attach the door, now attach the hinges to the door, and the indicator bolt to the door. Mark off the area on the fascia and drill the hinge holes and then attach the door make sure it’s hung horizontally. Now unlock the indicator, set back the plastic sleeves inside the hinge and the door is ready to be closed or opened.

FAMILIAR WITH PRE ENGINEERED BUILDINGS

One of the brightest and cost effective ideas to out of the Second World War is that of Pre-engineered buildings which were developed in the 1940s to replace the brick wall buildings to provide more strength and minimize damage from air strikes. The pre-engineered buildings then lost their place in the memory of the buildings and construction industry until recently when their benefits were discovered to be in alignment with the need of the times. Today people require buildings which are light yet strong, attractive yet cost effective and easy to install. Pre-engineered buildings meet almost all of these demands.

PEB in India

PEB in India is a method of construction in which the parts of a building are pre-fabricated at a plant or factory and then assembled at the site with the help of some technicians leading to rapidity and efficiency in construction. PEB in India are popular because of their unique ability to reduce the cost and time of construction drastically compared to traditional options of construction making them popular among businesses looking to expand their factory floor or construct a new warehouse. In recent times, pre-engineered buildings have also been used in making homes as they provide good low cost housing solutions which are durable and long lasting.

The making of a PEB in India requires expertise of the architect as he is the one who designs the whole buildings based on which the parts of the buildings are then manufactured at the factory. An error on part of the architect can jeopardize the whole project and thereby an efficient and expert architect is needed for designing a PEB in India. Pre-engineered buildings are can be used for many purposes such as constructing schools, hospitals, warehouses, storages, factories, extensions, houses and skyscrapers. They are the best way to construct an efficient, inexpensive and environmentally friendly building.
